Our
meat is organically reared and treated homeopathically. When ready,
the stock is taken to a family-run abattoir in Chard where it is
hung (3 weeks for beef, 1 for lamb) the returned to the farm to
be prepared. The lack of stress has a marked effect on the meat
and you will taste the difference !
All
cuts of meat are packed and priced individually although meat boxes
are undertaken.
Our
burgers are handmade on the premises from our own recipe.
